Villa Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Villa At Borgess Place team in Michigan. The RN is responsible for accountable resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan, while coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, supervising CNAs, and ensuring safety and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state.
• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Transcribe and communicate physician orders and maintain MAR/treatment plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered within licensure.
• Document nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly care environment; monitor safety hazards.
