Villa At Borgess Place in Michigan is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager RN to lead day-to-day nursing activities, oversee staff, and ensure high quality care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate with administration and therapy, maintain care standards, and conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions while ensuring compliance with policies and safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan is required.
• Nursing degree/diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manages nursing staff, scheduling breaks, and coaching as needed.
• Collaborates with administration, medical and therapy staff in planning care.
• Develops and maintains care standards and conducts rounds to monitor patient conditions.
• Performs administrative duties including charting and reports.
• Ensures nursing areas and patient rooms are clean and safe.
