Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Villa team. The RN provides licensed care to residents, administers medications, and ensures safety and quality of care under physician orders.

The role requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred experience in long-term care. Full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits are available at our Michigan facility.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per guidelines.
• Receives and transcribes physician orders to charts and MAR.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Directs and supervises CNAs to ensure compliant care.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; observes and reports reactions.
