Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide licensed care to residents, monitor vital signs, administer IV therapy within license, and document care plans. You’ll maintain clean facilities, ensure safety, and collaborate with the IDT and family members. A current RN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Experience in long-term care preferred. Strong communication, computer literacy, and flexibility to accommodate the schedule are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed care as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Monitor vital signs and administer IV therapy within license.
• Document care and resident responses accurately.
• Ensure safety and address hazards in resident environment.
• Coordinate with non-licensed staff to meet care needs.
• Report information to residents, families, physicians, and staff as required.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and updated as needed.
