Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing or diploma in Nursing.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six months or more of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong teamwork, and commitment to ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based standards to a variety of patients.
• Collect comprehensive data and assess patient health status.
• Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate and coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Document care and ensure compliance with nursing policies and standards.
• Support patient safety, advocacy, and quality outcomes.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing

BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years
