• Six months or more nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency Program participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and commitment to highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Provide effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
