Job summary

Mountain Region Clinical Resources is seeking an experienced RN to join our team in the Denver area. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients, promoting safe and compassionate care in line with nursing practice standards.

The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and execution of diverse nursing interventions, with emphasis on accurate documentation and family education.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
• RN License in state of employment
• Two (2) years of recent specialty RN experience. Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data
• Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome and develops plan of care
• Demonstrate competency in IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections
• Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Promote and protect the health, safety, and rights of each patient
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness and ability
