Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Site Float Pool in Denver. RNs will float to multiple inpatient units, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining high safety standards.

Role requires BSN, active RN license, BLS, and 1 year of RN experience. Opportunities to work days or nights with a 10% float differential and unit-wide collaboration across specialties.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN degree required; will be verified.
• RN with BSN threshold enforced by policy as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
