Job summary

Montrose Memorial Hospital in Montrose, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate the plan of care, provide direct age-appropriate nursing interventions, and educate patients. You will supervise CNAs, LPNs, and ward secretaries under the nurse manager or house supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have a Colorado RN license (or compact), and education from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma).

Qualifications

New graduates may be considered.
Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed.
Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma in Nursing.
BLS required upon hire. ACLS and PALS within 9 months. ENPC and TNCC highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the plan of care and provide direct age-appropriate nursing interventions and patient education.
Directs the team of CNA's, LPN's and Ward Secretaries under the supervision of the nurse manager or house supervisor.
Collaborates with ancillary and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
