Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Maintain thorough, confidential patient charts and use IT to support decision-making.

RN License

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
