Job summary

Common Spirit Mountain Region is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients, promoting safety and applying the nursing process in a mission-driven environment. Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing and active RN license required.
• Two (2) years RN experience in a relevant specialty.
• BLS from the American Heart Association required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual dimensions.
• Develop and implement plans of care; monitor outcomes.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization).
• Maintain accurate charts and documentation; utilize IT to communicate and support care decisions.
• Promote patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Provide patient/family education and assess learning readiness.
