Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse as per state regulations.
• Must obtain an active Florida RN license within 60 days if a compact license is held.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care patients.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients’ records, including posting test results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
