Job summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an RN Case Manager to collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload.

This role offers a sign-on bonus eligible, relocation assistance where applicable, and cert pay for qualifying certifications. Schedule is 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation, and a robust benefits package with hospital contributions.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Idaho)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Associates degree or diploma in nursing and/or BSN preferred

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree

• Experience: 2 years of RN experience

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho
