Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Support Unit for float pool coverage across Peds Med-Surg, NICU, and PICU. You will work nights (7:00p-7:30a) and float between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, with self-scheduling based on daily needs.

Eligible candidates have 1 year RN experience, active RN license, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for qualified new hires.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience; preference for Peds Med-Surg, PICU, NICU.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice; BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Provide float coverage across Peds Med-Surg, NICU and PICU units.
• Support three locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa.
• Self-scheduling per operational needs; night shifts.

• Full Time or Part Time nights (7:00p-7:30a)
• You will support three units/skill sets within Children's service line: Peds Med-Surg, NICU, PICU; may be open to other skill sets listed below
• The excitement of inter-facility floating between three locations: (Boise, Meridian, and Nampa)
• Self-scheduling (unit & location will be assigned based on day of operational needs)
• 10% differential - once orientation concludes
• Sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance available for eligible new hires

Qualifications:

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
