Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure safe, cost-effective care and timely return to work.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and workers’ compensation experience. Benefits include comprehensive programs, vacation, home office equipment, travel reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
• Active RN license required. URAC-recognized certification options (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.) preferred or applicable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge and patient context.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and maintain timely updates.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers as needed.
