Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a part-time Field Case Manager in the Asheville, NC area. You will support treated patients, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate care to achieve safe, efficient return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires prior nursing experience and the ability to travel for in-person visits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, travel reimbursement, and training in workers’ compensation case management.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to tailor plans to each patient.
• Facilitate early return-to-work by adjusting job duties where feasible.
• Maintain ongoing case status updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Attend in-person appointments when required and manage workload independently.
