Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Greenville, SC for a full-time hybrid role requiring local travel to attend in-person patient appointments. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and injured workers to design and implement effective treatment plans that support early return to work.

Qualifications include an RN license (active), 2+ years clinical practice, and CCM/CM certifications. Strong communication, independence, and computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook are

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation exp. preferred.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Coordinate in-person appointments and travel within the assigned geography.
• Document progress and prepare status updates for customers.
