Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Field Case Manager to support injured workers across California. This full-time, work-from-home position requires travel for in-person appointments within the Rancho Cucamonga area.

You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design cost-effective treatment plans and ensure appropriate care and timely return to work, while maintaining excellent written communication and independent case management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload with prioritized workload.
• Coordinate with treating physicians/providers and employers to develop treatment plans.
• Assist in arranging in-person appointments within assigned geography.
• Communicate status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Modify job duties in collaboration with employers to support early return to work.
