Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Case Manager. This full-time, work-from-home position requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments in Riverside.

You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and injured workers to return to work safely. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range of $70,000 to $98,000 per year, plus a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• URAC‑recognized case management credentials (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN‑S, RN‑BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Travel to attend in-person appointments within designated geography.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, customers and injured workers.
• Advise on modifications to job duties to enable early return to work.
• Assess recovery progress and adjust case goals accordingly.
• Collaborate with treating clinicians to implement cost‑effective care.
• Manage workload and document status updates for clients.
