Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Field Case Manager for a full-time, work-from-home role with regular local travel to Oxnard, CA for in-person appointments. The incumbent will coordinate care with physicians, employers, and patients to deliver effective treatment plans and ensure safe, timely return to work.

Requirements include an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice (workers' compensation preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers; able to work independently; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong written communication.
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related CCM credentials.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards and practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury, medications, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor and implement plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases to ensure effective handling.
• Attend appointments when needed and provide status updates to customers.
