Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Field Case Manager in Riverside, CA to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role involves regular local travel for in‑person appointments and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, efficient recovery and return‑to‑work outcomes.

The ideal candidate has nursing credentials (RN) and 2+ years of clinical practice, with workers' compensation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Must be in good standing.
• URAC‑recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN‑S, RN‑BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans to return the injured/disabled to work.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers.
• Ensure cost‑effective health‑care services and maximum medical recovery.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and document status updates for customers.
