Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; Workers' compensation exp preferred.
• Licenses/Certs: Active RN license in good standing; URAC CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or related certs.
• Travel: Willing to travel to in-person appointments within geography.
• Internet: Reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Collaborate with clinicians to tailor plans to individual patients.
• Assist in returning injured workers to suitable work when feasible.
• Monitor goals and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates.
• Attend injured workers' appointments as needed.
