Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Case Manager to join our team. This full-time, work-from-home role requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments and coordinating care with physicians, employers, and injured workers to support safe return-to-work.

An active RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience are required; URAC-recognized certifications are preferred. Excellent communication, computer skills (Excel/Word/Outlook), reliable internet, and

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation-related experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case-management certifications (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMC) preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with physicians/providers, employers, customers, and injured workers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Help modify job duties to facilitate early return to work when practical.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments when appropriate and ensure cost-effective healthcare services.
