Genex Service LLC in San Diego is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager. This full-time hybrid role supports injured workers, coordinating medical treatment plans with treating physicians and employers to enable safe return-to-work. Travel within the geographic area is required.

Candidates should hold an active RN license, have 2+ years of clinical practice, and be proficient with Excel/Word/Outlook. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; basic computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and work status.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers and physicians for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress and performance.
