Lutheran Senior Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate care for residents. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and administer medications and treatments as part of high-quality geriatric care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved nursing school.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practices nursing care within the scope of licensure and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors IVs and blood products as required; IV therapy may be initiated by IV-certified nurses.
