The incumbent will supervise, schedule, document medical records, complete RAI/MDS, and participate in surveys while maintaining a safe, compliant environment. RN license required, BSN preferred, and leadership in geriatric care is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have an accredited nursing program graduate.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience in geriatric settings.
• Current RN nursing license in state; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors daily activities of nursing staff.
• Maintains compliance with EverTrue policies; coaches nursing staff as needed.
• Develops, maintains and updates written policies and procedures for Nursing Services.
