Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate care for residents across physical, psychosocial, and functional needs. The role involves nursing practice, medication administration, IV therapy, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Responsibilities include documenting in EMRs, maintaining care plans, and supervising staff when needed.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; gerontological nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments and monitor IV therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document care and maintain MDS and clinical records.
• Supervise and direct less-experienced staff as assigned.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in resident care.
