Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate resident care in accordance with state laws and facility policies. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure high-quality clinical care.

The RN will administer medications, manage IV therapy where certified, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; gerontological nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within licensure scope and follow Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to define individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and resident records.
• Monitor resident status and coordinate care with other services.
• Supervise assigned staff to ensure EverTrue standards of care.
