Medasource currently seeks an RN for a hospital ED unit in Dublin, GA. The role involves working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff, with 22 beds and 4:1 patient ratios. Expect to perform RN-level procedures (EKG, IV, NG tube) and adhere to unit policies in a fast-paced environment.

Basic qualifications include BLS and ACLS; PALS not required but ENPC/TNCC are preferred. At least 1+ year of experience is acceptable for consideration.

• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : low acuity strategy, Techs, Unit Secretary
• Type of equipment : life pak, fluid warmers, rapid infusers,
• Documentation system: meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts a week, 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule,
• Floating policy:to other areas as needed if low volumes in er – rotates on who is floating
• Patient Experience requirements, compassion, caring, team work

• All rooms and float monitors are able to be monitored from main unit, long term experienced staff some have 20- 30 years in Ed, complemented on team work often, family atmosphere, security on site, scheduling to dept needs but will work with reasonable requests.
