Job summary

Medasource is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a San Juan Free Standing Emergency Department in Texas. The role requires ER experience of 1+ year, RN licensure, and demonstrated teamwork in a high‑acuity setting. TNCC/NRP are preferred qualifications.

Expect to contribute to stroke care protocols, moderate sedation procedures when needed, and a collaborative ED team. The unit operates with a 12-bed capacity and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have RN licensure and active state RN registration.
• ER experience of 1+ year minimum required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced ED.

Responsibilities

• Stroke Center procedures and care coordination.
• Moderate sedation as required per clinical guidelines.
