Responsibilities

• Develops and implements nursing education programs across UofL Health
• Leads competency-based education and assessment for staff
• Maintains evidence-based knowledge in nursing professional development
• Uses simulations, LMS, and multimedia for learning
• Mentors staff and supports professional development and certification
