Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Network Float Pool in the Night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). Float to 3+ hospitals with a minimum of 2 years RN experience in ED. Eligible for a New Hire Sign-On bonus up to $15K.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with the care team. The RN will follow ANA standards and code of ethics, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing nursing education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' RN experience in ED setting.
• 1 year RN experience for Float Positions.
• All Diploma/ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to standing orders and policies.
• Document patient data, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely patient care.
• Precept new staff and support competency development within the department.
