Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse for the Float Pool on nights. The role requires 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available for a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One to two years of bedside RN experience required.
• Two to four years of critical care experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions promptly.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record timely.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.
