The candidate will help with scheduling, documentation, quality improvement initiatives, and communication with physicians, staff, and patients to meet care standards and corporate goals.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in applicable state with good standing.
• Minimum 12 months nursing care experience, 3 months on dialysis patients.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic; act in absence of Administrator.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely patient acceptance and appropriate staffing.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets reach billing; update records.
• Support quality outcomes and participate in QAPI and monthly reviews.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; prepare corrective actions.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and safety; participate in meetings with leadership.
