Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic. You will support patient care, ensure timely treatments, and help maintain compliance with regulations while partnering with leadership to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, updating logs, and contributing to a quality management program, with opportunities to assume leadership duties and support regression prevention activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and must be maintained in good standing.
• 12 months experience in nursing care, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work in new and emergent situations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Assist with planning/coordinating patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.
• Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Perform duties as assigned to meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
• Coordinate functions of all departments and develop standards for measuring patient care services.
