Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the management and operation of the dialysis clinic. The role assumes full responsibility for the clinic in the Administrator's absence and focuses on delivering high-quality patient care.

You will coordinate clinical and operational processes, maintain documentation, assist with scheduling and staffing, and participate in quality programs and staff development. Strong leadership, nursing license, and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of dialysis clinic and assume full responsibility in Administrator's absence.
• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Plan/coordinating patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance and effective staffing levels.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets are sent to billing.
• Participate in meetings and support Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement goals.
