The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has dialysis nursing experience, and can lead continuous quality improvement initiatives with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinic operations and assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with planning and coordinating patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and appropriate staffing.
• Maintain logs, dialysis run sheets and ensure documentation is sent to billing.
• Perform duties to meet patient care and operational needs of the clinic.
