Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Modesto, CA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic. The role covers growth, outcomes, readiness, partnerships and staff development, ensuring quality patient care and compliance.

You will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, maintain records, and respond to emergencies, with RN licensure and leadership experience. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience with 3 months in dialysis care.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely patient acceptance and staffing levels.
• Maintain logs, run sheets, and ensure data is sent to billing.
• Lead staff development and education activities.
• Promote quality management and patient outcomes.
