Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in Modesto, CA seeks a Clinical Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of the dialysis clinic. This role assumes full responsibility in the absence of the Administrator and focuses on patient care, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee scheduling, run sheets, logs and billing submissions, lead daily staff huddles, and drive quality improvement through the QAPI program and incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office and clinic software; able to document and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic; assume Administrator responsibilities in their absence.
• Oversee patient scheduling, run sheets, logs and billing submissions; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead staff meetings, participate in QAPI and incident reviews; promote quality patient care and teamwork.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and staff to maintain documentation and patient records.
