Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in Austin, TX seeks a Clinical Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of a dialysis clinic. The role covers patient care coordination, scheduling, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality program participation.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, coordinating multi-department functions, and supporting the Administrator in case of absence. Strong leadership, nursing skills, and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Proven leadership and ability to work in new or emergent situations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of clinic.
• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets are sent to billing.
• Meet patient care and operational needs of the clinic.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.
• Ensure staff meetings and in-service education occur monthly.
