Satellite Healthcare seeks a Clinical Coordinator to assist in managing a dialysis clinic. You will support day-to-day operations in the absence of the Administrator and help coordinate patient care, staffing, and documentation.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaboration with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in applicable state; license maintained as current and in good standing.
• 12 months of nursing care experience, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Leadership ability and sound judgment in new/emergent situations.
• Verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and USRC clinical apps within 90 days.

Aufgaben

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic in the Administrator's absence.
• Coordinate clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and staffing levels.
• Maintain logs and ensure dialysis run sheets are sent to billing; update records.
• Participate in and support quality improvement and compliance activities.
