Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist in managing the dialysis clinic, overseeing patient care and day-to-day operations. The role includes scheduling, log maintenance, and supporting quality initiatives under the Administrator.

Ideal candidates will hold a current RN license, have dialysis nursing experience, and demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and computer skills for clinical applications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and maintained in good standing.
• 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months with dialysis patients.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely admissions.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and logs for billing and quality purposes.
• Support quality improvement programs and reporting as assigned.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in clinical governance activities.
