Job summary

Satellite Healthcare in Oakland, CA is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic. The role includes assuming full responsibility in the Administrator's absence and leading clinical and operational processes.

You will coordinate patient scheduling, monitor logs and run sheets for billing, ensure compliance with laws, and contribute to quality outcomes by staff development and effective partnerships with the Medical Director and physicians.

Qualifications

• RN license current and in good standing.
• 12 months nursing experience, including 3 months dialysis.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical and operational processes to improve patient health.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing.
• Maintain logs and dialysis run sheets for billing.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and compliance.
