SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking two Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers in Connecticut to partner with Lead Unit Managers in driving unit operations. This role combines clinical nursing leadership with administrative oversight on two care units, Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

The position emphasizes care delivery, medical record accuracy, and collaboration with physicians and families to optimize resident outcomes. A Connecticut RN license and LTC experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting with supervisory/desk nurse experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate care, lead two units, and manage workflows with the care team.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily unit operations with the Lead Unit Manager.
• Review and process physician orders, lab results, and pharmacy profiles.
• Serve as a liaison among physicians, therapy teams, families, and nursing staff.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and discharge preparation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation compliance with regulations.
