Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks two Daytime RN Desk Nurses / Assistant Unit Managers in Connecticut to partner with Lead Unit Managers.

You will oversee daily care delivery, clinical documentation, physician order processing, and unit workflows across two resident units in a structured Monday–Friday daytime schedule. This role blends clinical leadership with administrative duties, mentoring floor RNs/CNAs, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC with supervisory/desk nurse or unit management responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily unit operations, shift reports, and nursing workflows across two units.
• Review and reconcile physician orders, labs, and pharmacy profiles for timely care.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, therapy teams, families, and nursing staff on care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning updates, and discharge prep.
• Provide coaching and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure regulatory compliance.
