Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years LTC/SNF nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems (PointClickCare).
• Strong communication with physicians, leaders, families.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily unit operations and nursing workflows.
• Review and process physician orders, labs, and medications.
• Liaise with physicians, therapy teams, families, and staff to align care plans.
• Assist in resident assessments, care planning updates, and discharge prep.
• Provide coaching to RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
