Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner-PACE to lead the PACE Education and Training Department with clinical oversight across locations.

You will develop training for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs, ensuring compliance with CMS PACE and California DCHS regulations. You will collaborate with clinical informatics and other leaders to produce standardized, evidence-based materials, analytics, and competency assessments aimed at safer, higher-quality patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 5+ years geriatric experience per CMS PACE.
• 2+ years in a PACE program.
• 2+ years training program development experience.
• California RN license required.
• CA Driver's License required.
• BLS certification or higher required.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• LMS training module development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE Education and Training Department with clinical oversight and process leadership.
• Implement education processes for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs.
• Develop standardized, evidence-based training materials for CMS PACE regulations and DCHS requirements.
• Collaborate with PACE Clinical Nurse Informatics Specialist and departments to align training with quality metrics.
• Create and evaluate competency assessments to drive patient-centered care across PACE and ACS locations.
