AltaMed Health Services Corporation in Commerce, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager, Clinic Training to lead the PACE Education and Training Department. You will oversee nursing education across CMS PACE and DCHS guidelines, ensuring high-quality competency assessments and patient-centered care.

The role requires a CA RN license, geriatric care experience, and hands-on training program development within healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of geriatric care experience as required by CMS PACE regulations.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a PACE program.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on training experience in healthcare organizations.
• Current unrestricted CA RN license.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
• Experience with Learning Management System training modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE Education and Training Department with clinical oversight of processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee competency assessment processes to achieve patient-centered care across PACE and ACS locations.
• Develop standardized training materials and implement evidence-based programs for nurses and care staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to align education with CMS PACE regulations and DCHS requirements.
