Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking a Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner-PACE to lead the PACE Education and Training Department, overseeing clinical processes and training quality across all locations.

You will develop competency assessments for RNs, LVNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs, implement standardized training, and collaborate with nursing informatics to create evidence-based materials and cost-efficient protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years of geriatric (frail elderly) care experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a PACE program.
• 2 years hands-on training program development experience.
• Current California RN license (unrestricted).
• CA driver’s license required.
• Experience with LMS training modules preferred.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE Education and Training Department and oversee nursing education processes.
• Develop standardized, evidence-based training materials for RNs, LVNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs.
• Implement competency assessments to achieve patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics and other departments to standardize training.
• Advance cost-effective, efficient training protocols and workflows across PACE and ACS locations.
