AltaMed Health Services Corp. invites applications for the Manager, RN Clinical Support Partner‑PACE in California. This leadership role oversees the Education and Training Department for PACE, ensuring competency, safety, and high‑quality patient care across all locations.

Lead development and implementation of standardized, evidence‑based training materials aligned with CMS PACE regulations and CA DHS. Collaborate with nursing informatics and clinical leaders to drive evidence‑based practice

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with frail elderly (CMS PACE).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a PACE program.
• Current unrestricted California Registered Nurse License is required.
• Current CA Driver’s License required.
• Experience with training program development and implementation.
• Minimum BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PACE Education and Training Department and its processes to ensure high standards of clinical skills and productivity.
• Oversee competency assessments for RNs, LVNs, CNAs, MAs, and PCAs across PACE/ACS locations.
• Develop standardized, evidence‑based training materials per CMS PACE regulations and CA DHS.
• Implement education processes to achieve patient‑centered care.
• Collaborate with PACE Clinical Nurse Informatics Specialist and other leaders to drive education initiatives.
